How accurate is the size?
We scale the light against your ceiling height and other objects in your room. We do our best to provide accurate renders, but sometimes it may require a few different angles to get the best result. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to help!
Can it replace the light I already have?
Yes. Keep the existing light in the shot and we swap it out, so you see the change rather than a second light.
Does it work outdoors?
Yes. Wall lights, ground lights, and hanging lanterns are sized against the door, wall, or beam they mount to, since there's no ceiling to measure from outside.
Is the render exactly what I'll get?
It's a close preview, not a photo of the finished install. Finish, size, and shape are true to the product. The glow you see depends on the time of day in your photo and on your dimmer at home.
